A MAN is due to appear before a judge at Bournemouth Crown Court after an alleged assault at a Westbourne bar.
Toby Nava, who is of no fixed abode, has been charged with inflicting grievous bodily harm after Poole man Gary Brown allegedly suffered a broken jaw and a broken tooth outside the Dancing Duck in Poole Road.
Police say the incident happened at around 12.20am on Sunday, June 4.
Nava, 27, has also been charged with two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one of assault by beating, all of which allegedly took place on Thursday, August 10.
He is due to appear at Bournemouth Crown Court on Thursday, September 14 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
