TALENTED handball players descended on Canford Cliffs this weekend.
It marked the fifth time the British Beach Handball Championships were held at the Poole beach.
Teams of both men and women from across the UK and Europe have been taking part in the tournament.
Dozens of spectators also turned up to show their support for local team Poole Phoenix Handball Club.
To play team handball, each team has to shoot, dribble, and pass a ball in order to score goals over the opposing team.
The tournament began at 6pm on Friday and included night-time matches over the weekend.
