THE annual Festival of Wellbeing organised by housing and social care provider BCHA is due to take place today from 1-4pm.
Boscombe Gardens is the venue for the event, which will offer a wide range of activities including live music and entertainment, tasty food, family fun and games and a raffle.
BCHA’s Ignite Project, which supports people back in to work and helps people to live life to the full, is leading the event, working in collaboration with a number of local wellbeing partner organisations such as Vita Nova, Skills & Learning, Crumbs, Dorset Mind, Faithworks, Boscombe Children’s Centre, Livewell Dorset, MyTime, Michael House and Healthwatch Dorset, Impact, Working Links, as well as BCHA’s own New Leaf Allotment, Floating Support, iSupport and Support4Me teams.
Jamie Clarke, Ignite Lead Development Coach at BCHA, said: "This will be a great chance to find out more of what local support and wellbeing services are available in and around the Bournemouth and Boscombe area, as well as to enjoy some family fun and activities."
Entry to the event is free and more information is available from facebook.com/bcha.org.uk/
