Have you seen missing Ian? Police search for missing Bournemouth man
A BOURNEMOUTH man who went missing has been found.
Police were searching for 53-year-old John Beaton, known as Ian, after he was reported missing on Saturday at 9.07pm.
The police helicopter assisted with the search this morning.
Ian was later found safe in Bournemouth.
"We would like to thank everyone who has assisted in the search and shared our appeal," said a spokesperson for Dorset Police.
Officers had been concerned for Ian's welfare as it was believed he was "very upset" when he went missing.
