THE world-famous Tiger 131 tank will make the first of its biannual outings at a Bovington attraction this month.
The vehicle, the only running Tiger I in the world, will lead a 30-minute display alongside its Axis and Allied contemporaries on April 29 as part of the Tank Museum's Tiger Day.
Special Tiger-themed talks and tours will also take place during the event.
Visitors will have the opportunity to learn how the Tiger was captured, examine unique items and documents from the museum's archive and discover more about the tank's successor, the King Tiger.
The museum's newest exhibition The Tiger Collection - the Tanks, the Terror and the Truth will also be on display.
The event will take place between 9am and 5pm, with the arena display taking place at 1.30pm.
Annual passes will not be valid and booking is recommended.
