A MAN arrested following a sexual assault in a white van in Poole has been released without charge.
Police were called to Jellicoe Close, off Constitution Hill, at around 3.55pm on Wednesday, January 25, following reports a woman, aged in her 40s, had been "forcibly persuaded" by a man to get into the passenger seat of the van.
Once inside the van, the man sexually assaulted her.
A 43-year-old man from Christchurch was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault but has now been released without charge.
Police are not seeking anyone else in connection with the incident.
