POLICE have released CCTV images of four women following the theft of £400 worth of goods from Peeks in Christchurch.
They hope to identify those caught on camera after baby items and party packs were taken from the Reid Street party store.
The incident took place at around 2.30pm on Wednesday January 11 but officers have only just released the images.
The said the women entered the store and picked up the items. One of them distracted staff, while the others left without making an attempt to pay.
One member of staff gave chase and managed to stop three of the women on Fairmile Road and recover some of the goods before they made off.
Police Constable Jon Hicks, of Christchurch police, said: "I would ask that anyone who is able to identify any of the individuals pictured contacts police or calls Crimestoppers anonymously."
