Helicopter launched to find car after police pursuit in Poole
THE NPAS helicopter was launched to help find a car after a police pursuit in Poole.
Dorset Police alerted their colleagues at 9.45pm last night to help locate a car found driving at speed.
Officers first identified an issue with the vehicle – not believed to belong to a local keeper – when it was found to have no lights on.
The helicopter was launched and the vehicle was eventually found unattended.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said enquiries are ongoing.
