BOSS Gavin Reeves bemoaned the performance of referee Adam Baker as his bow in the Verwood Town dugout turned into a nightmare.
Ryan Kelly and Brad Goddard were given their marching orders either side of the break as the Potters crashed to a 2-0 home defeat to Portland United in the Wessex Premier on Wednesday.
Kelly saw red for a second booking in the 35th minute while Goddard got two yellows in quick succession for how he addressed Baker after a foul had been committed against him.
Reeves told the Daily Echo: βI think the ref must have got new cards over the summer because he seemed to want to show them to everyone.
βIt was not a dirty game and while I do not like to criticise officials, the decisions left me furious.β
Luke Stone and new signing Aaron Atkinson were on target as Christchurch drew 2-2 in their Wessex One opener at Downton.
