MOTORISTS are facing delays as thousands of people descend on the New Forest and Hampshire County Show.
The event kicks off today and last year brought more than 100,000 people to the area.
But drivers on the A337 southbound are already caught in tailbacks between Lyndhurst and Brockenhurst, with conditions getting worse as the morning progresses.
New forest show traffic control disgraceful. Very disappointing grid lock at 8am

There are unconfirmed reports of a burst water main on the road.
Anyone travelling in the area is advised to use an alternative route.
