FIREFIGHTERS rescued a woman from a flat fire last night.
The woman, who age is not yet known, was led from a property in Bure Lane in Christchurch.
Two crews from Christchurch received the call regarding a kitchen fire at 10.24pm.
They used two breathing apparatus, one covering jet and one hose reel to extinguish the fire, and the stop message was issued at 10.54pm.
Paramedics took over from firefighters once the woman was safe.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service said: "We got the call at 10.34pm and an officer attended. One female casualty was treated at the scene and no one was taken to hospital."
