Dorset looks set to escape the threatened thunder and rain storms for the whole bank holiday weekend.
A severe weather warning issued on Friday for the county warned of potential hail and thunder - but Bournemouth seems to have escaped.
The forecast for the rest of the weekend is for sunshine and cloud with highs of 22C today and 20C tomorrow.
But the rest of the week looks to be much duller and cloudier with occasional rain.
