Delays on A31 after crash near Coventry Arms pub
CRASHES on the A31 are causing delays this afternoon.
The road is partially blocked at Canford Bottom Roundabout and Wimborne Road West following a three vehicle crash.
There is congestion up towards the B3072 Westmoors turn off and to Lake Gates Roundabout.
Delays on all approaches to the roundabout are not helped by an earlier accident at Sturminster Marshall on the A31.
Police confirmed a crash involving a black Mercedes had taken place near the Coventry Arms at Corfe Mullen.
They were called to the scene at 1.16pm.
The eastbound lane is reportedly blocked with delays between the Roundhouse roundabout and Coventry Arms junction.
There are no details on injuries as yet.
