POLICE are calling for help in their hunt for a man wanted in connection with a high value theft in the New Forest.

Stephen Brian Tims, 37, failed to return from bail in December 2014 after he was arrested for the theft of more than £25,000 from the Wagon and Horses Public House in Lymington.

He was last known to be living in the Bournemouth area.

Officers have conducted extensive enquiries to try and locate Mr Tims and are appealing for the public’s help in finding him.  Police believe he could still be living in the Bournemouth area and may be working in a pub or a bar.

Stephen Tims is described as white, about 5ft 11ins and a proportionate build.  He has blue eyes and brown hair.

PC Jeremy Weston said: "If you know where Mr Tims is or have any information which may help us track him down, please get in contact as soon as possible."

Anyone with any information is asked to contact PC Weston at Lyndhurst police station on 101 or the charity Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111, where information can be left anonymously.
