POLICE have released CCTV pictures in a bid to track down blatant thieves who struck in five different locations.

One man stole cash from a table in Pizza Hut which had been left by other diners to pay for their meal.

Nearly £500 worth of clothing was stolen from Next and a large quantity of meat was stolen from a branch of Iceland.

A cash scam was carried out by a man buying cigarettes in Merley and goods were stolen from Co-op in Oakdale.

Now members of the public have been urged to help police track down the offenders.

Acting Sergeant Richard Jeffery, of Poole police, said: “I would urge the people pictured in the CCTV images – and anyone who recognises them – to call Dorset Police, in confidence, to help with our investigations.”

Witnesses and anyone with information should call Dorset Police in confidence on 101 quoting incident number 21:124 or the free and anonymous Crimestoppers line on 0800 555 111 where mobile phone tariffs may apply.
