Hundreds of homes in the dark after power cut
A POWER cut is affecting 829 properties in Bournemouth tonight.
A spokesman for Scottish Southern Electric said the outage had been caused by a fault with its main network and is affecting properties in “Bournemouth and its surrounding areas”.
“Our engineers are expected to arrive at the site at 9.45pm,” she added.
She said power is expected be restored by 12.15am and apologised for any inconvenience caused to customers.
