Get ‘hands-on’ at Beaulieu this February Half Term, with interactive activities for all the family to get involved with.

Younger visitors can pick up a pass book and follow the kids’ trail, collecting stamps at each of our ‘hands-on’ activity stations – can you collect them all?

In the National Motor Museum, handle and learn about historical motoring objects at special ‘drop-in’ sessions, running between 10.30am and 4.30pm daily. Take a close-up look at artefacts, early motoring clothing, photos and documents.

Elsewhere in the Museum, discover the amazing collection of over 250 vehicles, ranging from British Land Speed Record breakers to oddities like a giant motorised orange!

In Palace House, home to the Montagu family since 1538, learn from costumed guides what cooking was really like in a Victorian kitchen and get ‘hands-on’ with Victorian cooking utensils.

In the Abbey, join the Monk to discover what life was like there in the 13th century and discover the secrets of medieval builders. Learn how to make an arch and get your hands on old fashioned tools, plus explore the exhibition on monastic life in the Abbey’s Domus.

All of our February Half Term activities are included in the standard admission price to Beaulieu. For more details, visit www.beaulieu.co.uk or phone 01590 612345.
