Ambulance service vehicle crashes in Sandbanks
A MEDICAL transport van operated by the ambulance service has crashed into a wall at Sandbanks.
Police were called to Banks Road, near to the Sandbanks Hotel, at 1.26pm.
South Western Ambulance Service confirmed that the only vehicle involved was a white medical transport van, which is used to transport medical equipment to hospitals.
There was one male casualty, who suffered chest injuries and was taken to Poole Hospital, a spokesman for the service said.
