EMERGENCY services were called to a two-vehicle collision in Poole.
The crash, between a red Rover and a black Seat, took place on Longfleet Road at 1.26pm.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said it took place at the junction of Garland Road next to the Shah of Persia.
There were two fire engines on the scene, two ambulances and police officers.
Firefighters cut open the roof of the black Seat to reach a casualty inside, who was then placed on a spinal board and taken to hospital.
A spokesman for South Western Ambulance confirmed three casualties were treated at the scene. Two were taken to Poole Hospital having sustained minor injuries and the other required no further treatment.
The road was reopened shortly after 2.30pm.
