This year's Bournemouth Air Fesival is creeping ever closer, and to whet your appetite before the opening day, we're profiling all the planes flying at this year's event.

We're posting one per day - with a gallery of pictures for each. So if you ever wanted to know what makes the Twister duo so agile, or why the Typhoon is so loud, here's where you find out...

You might have done if we hadn't sold them all off to the yanks at a knock down price.......then suddenly realized we had no aircraft for the new carriers.
You have more chance of the Vulcan flying, and that's pretty remote if past years are anything to go by.

As per most Air Show stories, cue all the 'mostly the same old stuff' comments. It seems nothing pleases the echo whingers..... It's a free show, no one is forcing you to go. Maybe they should charge 50p entry....that should set you lot going!
