A BOURNEMOUTH company has been named Britain’s best online healthcare provider.

Health-on-Line won the title at the Your Money Awards, held at the Merchant Taylors’ Hall in London. The new category in the awards was based on services provided on the internet and the subsequent contact with staff.

Winners are also judged to have offered the most competitively priced products over the previous 12 months.

Fiona Carter, brand and marketing manager for Health-on-Line, said: “At Health-on-Line we continually strive to be competitive for our customers, both in the products and prices that we offer, as well as the technical capabilities that are available to our consumers. This award reflects not only the excellent level of customer care offered when liaising with customers over the phone, but additionally those who purchase online.”

The awards covered all areas of finance, from health insurance to mortgages, and saw national names such as Tesco, John Lewis and Nationwide receive awards.

Health-on-Line will be sponsoring the next Daily Echo Jobsfair, on October 2, 10.30am-5pm, at the Premier Inn on Bournemouth’s Westover Road.

I'd be surprised if it was a *free* advert. It's an 'infomercial', the site's full of em. Pays the bills I suppose....
