THE air ambulance has been called to West Lulworth this afternoon after a man collapsed.
Dorset Police said that officers, along with ambulance personnel, had been called to Newlands Farm after reports that a man was not breathing.
South Western Ambulance Service said that it received a call shortly after 3pm saying that a casualty had collapsed at the remote location, west of Lulworth Cove.
Police officers were alerted to help with traffic management while the air ambulance landed.
A police spokesman later added that the man had suffered a health issue and was being taken to Southampton General Hospital.
