An HGV cherry picker toppled over in Bournemouth Gardens on Monday night, narrowly missing the Bournemouth balloon.
The 'bucket' of the HGV was resting on the floor on the other side of the balloon's perimeter fence. Police tape was erected and a little while later another HGV arrived to help the stricken lorry.
Professional photographer, Ben Hooper, 22 said the one of the legs of the vehicle had gone through the concrete path.
No-one is believed to have been hurt in the incident.
