A ROAD in Poole was closed for a time this morning after a van and bicycle collided.

Police and an ambulance crew were called to Richmond Road, Parkstone, at around 7.45am.

A Citroen Nemo van and a push bike had collided, a spokesman for the police said.

The road was closed at its junction with Langdon Road while the scene was dealt with.

The spokesman added that only slight injuries were sustained and police left the scene at 8.30am.

I don't see any blame for either the motorist or the cyclist in the article. You should be an insurance loss adjuster as you appear to be able to apportion blame without knowing any of the facts.
