First published in News

A 35-YEAR-OLD man from Bournemouth has spent another night in hospital following a serious injury crash in Poole on Tuesday evening.

He was riding a black Suzuki motorbike at the time of the incident, when it was involved in a collision with a blue Jeep Cherokee on Longfleet Road at around 8.30pm.

The man was initially taken to Poole Hospital to treat his severe leg injuries, before he was transferred to Southampton General Hospital, while it is not believed that anyone from the Jeep Cherokee received any injuries.

While emergency services were on the scene, pictured, part of Longfleet Road was closed until 2.25am, when it was fully re-opened.

Whilst they may not of suffered any physical injuries, having had a collision with a motorbike it is very traumatic and not something you can just move on from in 5 minutes. I sincerely hope the rider makes a full recovery and that the echo stops posting this photo, must be horrid for his family to keep seeing.
