TRAFFIC was building up this morning after a trailer overturned on the Parley roundabout at Hurn.
The trailer was being towed by a tractor when the incident happened on the roundabout, near Bournemouth Airport.
Police were called at 10.45am and said the trailer had collided with a lamppost and overturned.
As of 11.50am, police were waiting for Scottish and Southern Electric to deal with the damaged lamppost. A local farmer was en route to help right the trailer.
By 12.15pm, the trailer had been righted and moved to a nearby field to allow traffic to flow.
The John Deere tractor is owned by a Christchurch company.
Witnesses reported growing traffic queues.
