CHRISTIAN GERALD CUMMINGS aged 48 of HMP Bullingdon, Bicester. Admitted two counts of stealing cosmetics from Boots in Bournemouth.

Also admitted failing without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings.

Also admitted stealing two bracelets worth £605 belonging to Pandora, Old Christchurch Road.

Committed to prison for two months for each of the above offences, to run concurrently.

Also admitted committing a further offence during the period of a suspended sentence order.

No adjudication – dealt with for original offence. Also sentenced for original offence in respect of which a suspended sentence was given in October 2013 – stealing a purse containing £300 and failing to surrender to custody at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court.
