TWO people were knocked to the floor during a daylight assault in Christchurch.

A 51-year-old man from Hunstanton, Norfolk, was pushed by a man and collided with a 77-year-old woman from New Milton.

Nowhere is safe from the criminal element these days, they are targeting the quieter, sleepier places more than ever before. One wonders if this was just a nasty incident or was the thug interested in robbery noting that the attack took place outside the Halifax? Best wishes to the victims and please gentleman from Norfolk don't judge the lovely town of Christchurch on this unpleasant incident.
