A WOMAN who drove her car into flood water had to be rescued from its roof on Wednesday night.
Firefighters were called to an unclassified road near the A354 at Sixpenny Handley at 8.23pm.
They found the woman stood on the roof of her Lexus.
A water rescue team used a Land Rover to reach her, before giving her a lifejacket and taking her to safety.
