JAMIE MARTIN RIGGS-HOLLAND aged 30 of Mistover Road, Wareham. Admitted driving a Ford Ka, Reg No S936 CAA, on the A35, Lytchett Minster, Dorset without third party insurance. Also admitted driving the above car with 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Also admitted possession of a quantity of cannabis, a Class B drug. Community order made to carry out unpaid work for 120 hours within the next 12 months.
To pay victim surcharge of £60. Costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for three years. To be reduced by 274 days if the defendant satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
