BUSINESS club AFC Business has announced a partnership with Dorset Chamber of Commerce (DCCI).

The chamber joins a list of partners including Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce, Rock Recruitment, Hill Osborne and Macmillan Cancer Support.

The club says it will benefit from exposure to DCCI members and invitations to networking functions, while the president and chief executive of DCCI will host some of the club’s breakfasts and other events.

AFC Business is AFC Bournemouth’s free-to-join business club, with more than 1,100 members.

The Cherries have existing connections with the chamber, with commercial director Rob Mitchell serving as junior vice-president.

Mr Mithcell said: “AFC Bournemouth has had a successful relationship over the last few seasons with DCCI and I am thrilled we now have both Bournemouth and Dorset Chamber on board with AFC Business.

“Our business club was set up to give companies the opportunity to attend corporate functions at AFC Bournemouth, whilst facilitating networking and business engagement.”

AFC Business’s next networking event is a business breakfast on Wednesday, January 14. Details are available at afcb.co.uk/commercial/afcbusiness
