It is believed that the moped rider’s injuries are not classed as life-threatening and the moped is waiting to be recovered.

Is it sat on the kerb with it's arms crossed and an unhappy facial expression?

Yes, just imagine the traffic chaos around Poole if it had been a Reliant Robin involved!

Down Jubilee road?
If it was the case I can't see how buses or trucks would get down Dunford road. It's just wide enough for a car to get through.
