Three caravans and two transit vans belonging to travellers have moved onto Elliott Road on the West Howe industrial estate.
The vehicles are parked at the former Dorset Enterprise building, which is owned by the council.
A Bournemouth council spokeswoman said the local authority had been made aware of the illegal encampment at West Howe and measures will now be taken to move the travellers on.
It is not known if they are connected to the travellers at Broadstone, who moved on this afternoon shortly after they were served with an eviction notice.
Borough of Poole had gone to court to secure an order requiring 16 of the 19 caravans and motor homes to leave the site within 24 hours.
Cllr Vicki Slade, who represents Broadstone on the borough council, said that a sizeable number were leaving around 5.15pm.
If the three who only arrived on Saturday and were not covered by the order fail to move, the council will have to return to court to secure another notice.
