Emergency services have attended a two-car crash on the A31 at Merley this evening.
The A31 was closed in both directions between A341 / Merley House Lane (Merley Roundabout) and B3078 / Wimborne Road (Lake Gates roundabout) to allow the damaged vehicles to be recovered.
A Dorset police spokesperson said the crash, which occurred at 6.43pm, involved a blue Lexus registered to a Bracknell man and a grey Vauxhall Astra registered to a Southampton woman.
An ambulance was at the scene, but it is understood there were no serious injuries.
