The A348 Ringwood Road was closed northbound due to a two-vehicle collision this afternoon.
The accident was between a red Ford Focus registered to a Christchurch woman and a white Mini registered to a Poole woman.
The fire brigade helped paramedics get one male complaining of neck pains out of the back of one of the vehicles.
The road was closed from the Clock Garage roundabout towards Bear Cross.
The crash happened at 12.33pm.
An ambulance attended and firefighters were called to cut a person free.
The road was reopened and clear according to police at 1.29pm.
