The Twin Sails Bridge was closed this morning because of a broken down lorry.
It is thought the lorry got stuck around 8.30pm and couldn't move. There were several police cars at the scene.
Police say a Renault Clio has also hit the barrier.
Traffic is now flowing across the bridge and the broken down lorry has been moved.
