PUBLIC-SPIRITED Chris Colledge’s crusade to clean up West Cliff Green has to be admired.
The chairman of the area’s residents’ association has been campaigning to rid the Bournemouth beauty spot of what he says is anti-social behaviour.
He claims the clifftop area is being used for drug deals, as a dumping ground and by rough sleepers.
And in the latest incident, he says he was threatened by a man with a knife.
Both police and Bournemouth council are tackling the issue.
But at the moment it doesn’t appear the problem is going away.
