DORSET Police are searching for two missing women from the Bournemouth area.

Pamela Rumbold, a 64-year-old from Boscombe, was last seen at around 4.45pm on Monday, June 3, and her family believe she may be staying in a hotel or guest house locally.

She is white, 5'3’’ tall, and slim with a pale complexion, and described as appearing younger than her age.

She has mousey brown hair, and has a missing front left tooth. She may have a long fawn raincoat and dark handbag.

Just over a week earlier Karen Seymour-Fairey, a 65-year-old from Bournemouth, went missing. She was last seen on Sunday, May 26, and is also thought to be staying in a guest house.

Karen is described as five feet six inches tall with short brown curly hair. She has blue eyes, wears glasses and speaks with a slight Yorkshire accent.

She wears glasses and speaks with a slight Yorkshire accent, and was last seen in a three-quarter length coat with a hood, a blue hooded top and burgundy trousers, with a black rucksack.

Inspector Steve Thorpe, of Bournemouth police, said: “Karen has recently been unwell and concern is growing for her welfare.

“Karen’s family are extremely worried about her and I would urge anyone who knows of her whereabouts to contact Dorset Police as soon as possible.

“I appeal to Karen to contact us, or someone she knows, to let us know that she is safe and well.”

Dorset Police have asked anyone with any information regarding their whereabouts or other details that may help their investigations to come forward and contact them on 101.
