EXPERIENCED drivers sometimes feel they are beyond being surprised by the behaviour of other road users.
Well, how about this one?
A mobility scooter has been photographed crawling along a busy A-road – with a dog tied to the buggy and trotting along behind.
You have to wonder how the buggy user could possibly have felt they, or the dog, were safe, and what would have happened if a large lorry had come along.
In fact, if this is the kind of road sense the owner has, perhaps it would have been safer to let the dog drive.
