A TWO-vehicle crash closed Castle Lane West earlier this evening.
Police said they were called at 7.17pm after a removal van and a Renault Clio collided between the Cooper Dean roundabout and Woodbury Avenue.
The road was closed while the scene was cleared as some items fell from the van, a spokesman said.
The council also cleared oil from the road.
There were no serious injuries, the police spokesman said.
The road has now reopened.
