TOP ranking Swanage youth sailors Sam and Ben Whaley have been helping out at the Royal Yachting Association’s Dinghy Show at London’s Alexandra Palace.
The pair, who compete in the national Laser and Topper dingy squads, were helping out on exhibition stands.
A Swanage club spokesman said: “Sam, 16 and Ben, 14, both started their dinghy racing at Swanage Sailing Club which weekly through the season runs free adult training as well as its very successful youth initiative under the Royal Yachting Association’s instruction and certification programme.
“We take everyone from absolute beginners to previous but lapsed or improving sailors, helping develop personal and team skills.”
