WIMBORNE traders won't let a gloomy forecast dampen their spirits this Easter with a special new event.
Bunnies of all shapes and sizes have popped up in shops and homes along West Street just in time for the bank holiday break.
The public are now invitated to guess how many bunnies there are for the chance of winning one of three Easter baskets stuffed with goodies.
"Despite its title the West Street Bunny Run does not require any physical exertion whatsoever," said Diann March, chair of the Wimborne Chamber of Trade.
"The bunnies will run until Saturday April 13. Get an entry form from participatin g businesses and return it to Spill the Beans wholefood shop for a chance to win."
She added: "To further your fun, why not turn into King Street at the end of West Street and also participate in the Model Town's Easter egg hunt?"
