TV chef James Martin will be appearing in two cookery demonstrations at this year’s Christchurch Food and Wine Festival.
The Saturday Kitchen host will be in the marquee in the car park behind the Regent Centre on Sunday May 12 at 11.30am and 3.30pm, being joined at the afternoon demonstration by Luke Matthews, head chef of the Chewton Glen Hotel.
Lunch with James at the The Kings Arms Hotel or The Captains Club is available for £40, to include a VIP seat at one of the demonstrations.
Festival patron Lesley Waters will also be returning for a cookery demonstration in the marquee on Saturday May 11 at 11.15am.
Tickets for a VIP seat at the demonstration and lunch with Lesley at The Kings Arms Hotel are priced £30.
