TRAFFIC lights at a busy Bournemouth junction were out-of-action earlier today.
The lights at the junction of Owls Road and Sea Road stopped working at around 9.30am.
An engineer had been called out to deal with the problem. The traffic lights were operating again around 1.20pm.
