A BOURNEMOUTH chef died of multiple injuries after his Audi A6 hit a tree on the B3070 near Wareham.
Dariusz Garncarz, 31, was pronounced dead at the scene on December 27, and an inquest was opened and adjourned on Thursday at the coroner’s court in Bournemouth.
Mr Garncarz had lived in Bournemouth for seven years working as an agency chef at the Royal Bath Hotel, The Ship in Distress in Christchurch and the Mansfield Hotel in West Cliff.
He was born in Brzesko in Poland, but moved to Philadelphia with his mum when he was 14, where he trained to be a chef.
His family paid tribute to him following his death, and his mother Jagoda Ratowski said everyone had loved him.
