- Heavy rain has caused flooding at Whitecliff and Christchurch this morning, with a weather warning in force until 6pm this evening
- Flood warnings are in place for Lower Hamworthy and areas of Poole from Old Town and the Quay to Hunger Hill, Christchurch Harbour, Mudeford, Stanpit, the Quomps and Wick areas
- Force seven winds are predicted
- Flooding is also possible on lower stretches of the Stour and Avon, Swanage Bay, Studland Bay, Poole Harbour, Bournemouth beach and Hengistbury Head
- Swanage sea front has been partially taped off because of flooding
- Residents in Christchurch are sandbagging as the water rises
