A MAN accused of raping a woman in a Bournemouth shop claims she was kissing and hugging him before the alleged attack took place, a court heard yesterday.
Farid Ghorzanig told police that the woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons, agreed to go into the shop on Commercial Road with him after they met outside.
He told police: “She was kissing me and hugging me.”
Ghorzanig said they both told each other they were “gorgeous” and once inside claims the woman took off his t-shirt before they had sex.
Ghorzanig also told police he and the woman chatted after sex and the woman gave him her name and phone number.
Afghani illegal immigrants Ghorzanig, 22, and Amir Wallezadeh, 19, deny raping the woman on July 1 this year.
The trial at Bournemouth Crown Court continues.
