CHANGE can be a good thing and Half Hour Hotel are a case in point.

The quartet originally from Bournemouth and formerly known as Lostaura, moved to Brighton, changed their name and switched towering rock for glorious melodies.

Indigo is a sweeping and uplifting opener with a stirring guitar line.

The big choruses haven’t been lost on their debut five-track EP and the songs are equally as infectious but it is an altogether more accomplished and focused sound compared to their Lostaura days.

They may have left their hometown behind but after delivering an EP of such quality, we’ll gladly still claim them as our own.
