This is the easiest way to decorate your front door for tonight's trick or treaters, if you've decided to take to part in Hallowe'en and is very easy for kids to help with.

Draw ghost faces on your paper plates with a black marker. Cut a slit at the top and bottom of the plates and string them on to your bandages. Hang. Add plastic spiders if you like. Alternatively, cut two slits at the top of each plate and string them horizontally instead of vertically. Done!

If you can get or already own (!) a plastic skeleton or bits thereof, this is another easy way to welcome your local trick or treaters. Fill wheelbarrow with earth. Half bury skeleton parts (or if you don't want to take him apart, fold him up in the wheel barrow first then cover with earth!
