PRIEST’S House Museum in Wimborne will open for two exciting events next week.

On Wednesday, the museum will open from 7pm until 9pm as local storyteller Taprisha tells some ghostly stories. The performances, at 7.15pm and 8.15pm, will last around 30 minutes.

The stories are suitable for everyone aged nine and over - admission is £4 for adults and £2 for children, to include hot soup and a roll.

On November 3, children will have the chance to make poetry come to life as part of the Wimborne Literary Festival.

Lottie Limber author David Herring will read from his book and give a poetry workshop, with artist Sarah Leithead also on-hand to bring stories to life. Story times will be at 11am, noon, 2pm, and 3pm, and admission is £3 per person, to include all activities and entry to the museum.
